Ingredients
  • 2-3 sheets raw shredded nori Ojio raw
  • 1/4 cup yacon syrup Ojio organic
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 4 cups popcorn organic, non-GMO
  • 1/2 cup toasted sesame seeds organic

Instructions
  1. To a food processor, add nori sheets and process until fine, set aside.
  2. Mix melted butter, yacon syrup, and yacon powder until smooth.
  3. Toss until popcorn is well coated.
  4. Add nori and sesame seeds and toss until evenly combined.
  5. Spread onto baking sheet and refrigerate until popcorn mixture has hardened. Break into chunks and serve!
